  • Develop a means to reach out to a highly diverse, geographically spread audience.
  • Improve employee and affiliated staff recognition of the organization as a national caliber provider of advanced medical care.

Strategies:

  • Created a high quality 20-page magazine for internal distribution.
  • Featured stories of remarkable accomplishments, as told from a 360-degree point of view, including UKHC researchers, physicians and staff as well as the patients involved.

Results:

  • Internal tracking studies revealed that employee satisfaction with internal communications has increased 12% and job satisfaction has increased 4% since the beginning of the campaign.
